Arnica fire and ice was named this because of the icy feeling that starts and the heat that it ends with. Good for bruises, sprains, sore & strained muscles. This analgesic lotion has hand picked local Arnica from Peachland BC which is infused in grapeseed oil. Not to be applied on broken skin.
